Excellent service from top to bottom. The website makes it super simple for you to order everything you need without worrying if you forgot something and eliminates the need for any of the classic "store-runs" mid project. Customer service was great too when I called to clarify some questions regarding the drill bit. The one thing I wish I had done was just ordered the drill bit through them as it's the correct size for the job and is honestly the same price and/or cheaper than local hardware stores. The drill guide they offer is necessary too to insure straight posts. Highly recommend adding that in. Was able to install 30' of fencing in a few hours and that's including learning how to do it, marking it out, and installing. There is an included template for post placement that makes everything super easy, just always keep count of your post holes. The website's guides and videos make the project simple too. I needed a custom cut at the end towards the house and was able to accomplish that without issue after watching the videos. Overall, I highly recommend this product if you're somewhat handy and don't mind putting in some sweat hours. Quality of the materials feels premium and appears like it will hold up just fine for years. We have a 4 year old and an 18 month old and this fence gave us instant stress-relief. Always keep an eye on your children but now we can play in the patio together without the worry of them venturing into the pool.

I was having a problem ordering a gate online. It kept showing out of stock. I called to see when it would be in stock. Chris said they have it, but the website must not be updated. He said he could place the order or I could try later and he would talk to the person in charge of website. I had other items to order, so I chose to go online. The next day, I placed my order and received it in a few days. It took a little longer than usual due to ice storm blowing through. I received everything and it was easy to install. Fence is easy to install and very sturdy. Ordered on line and it came the next day. The fence looks great.
