We have a baby on the way and like a lot of first time parents we may be stressing a little about keeping our little bundle of joy safe. So, we decided to build a pool fence. Are we handy? Nope. Have we ever done anything like this before? Nada. Can we order stuff on the internet? Yes we can! This online project builder with helpful videos and ordering guide saved us hundreds of dollars. And the support team didn't laugh in my face when I thought we were short two lengths of the pool fence and called them up. The guy on the phone was super kind. He called the awesome crew that packs the boxes and didn't even laugh when it turned out I needed to actually look in the boxes. Instead, this customer service ninja offered me a "get out of jail free" phone number for when this superior intellect decided to get into power tool time. I recommend and will be telling my friends. I will probably leave out the part where I am bad at looking in boxes to check for my stuff before bothering nice customer service people.
