Bad service. Can't connect to agents for return!

The piping is quality, but I just realized upon opening the product that the customer is in charge of cleaning the pipes so the oils don't get all over product/people. That is very annoying as I was looking to purchase product and be able to build it right away for my business. Now I have to get cleaning supplies and clean everything.
