We ordered pipes and flanges from Pipe Decor, but the flanges were never delivered. I tried to contact Pipe Decor to fix the problem, but they have not gotten back to me.

Your product sucked

Have written help@ twice now for support with a return and have also tried the online chat feature with no response at all from either platform. Customer service is severely lacking.

4th time ordering from Pipe Decor. 2 out of 4 times, order was wrong. Called Customer Service during “open hours “; sent to Voicemail. Sent a chat message during “open hours”, sent a massage no one was available and they would get back to me. (Still awaiting)
