Emailed them 2min after placing to cancel it bc that’s how they cancel it. It said they’ll get back to me in 24hours it’s been a month

We are missing (2) 24" pipes from this order. We ordered 18 and received 16. Would you please send the 2 missing pipes?

there were pieces missing and I could not complete the task. I am very disappointed.
