Within 24 hours of assembly, the table frame we bought for our patio began to rust. We purchased and applied the pipe cleaning and protection kit did not prevent rust. Disappointing!

I placed a $1,200 order after ordering $200 in test pieces to ensure the quality was what we needed. Upon receiving the large order, 2 of the 36" pipes had large stickers over them which took an extended period to remove. I ordered 40 1/2" flanges and received 39, with the 40th being a 3/4". I reached out for a replacement and never received a message in return. This also impacted our ability to complete the project. I was also disappointed by the packaging. All of the pipes and fittings are placed in the box with no padding, wrapping, etc, which led to the fittings denting the pipes in transit. This would be easily resolved with brown paper wraps on between the layers of pipes or the fittings in poly mailers like I received for one pack. The product themselves are sturdy, but for the price, I was very disappointed in the service, packaging, and overall quality.

Prefinished is either misleading or a poor process. My parts all arrived with rust spots.

fast shipping but the fit and finish of the table legs leaves a lot to be desired.

everything was shipped out good, but not able to return and that is a total loss.
