Cheaply made crap!

I submitted a request for help and havent heard back from you.

I have a issue with the wheels nor turning and rolling without sitting on the stool. I’ve called, left phone number and sent e-mail without a response.

Good product. Lots of BLACK stars for customer service. Will not respond to emails or answer phone calls. Had a problem with website (as website did not confirm order) and ended up with two stools. Tried to contact them before shipment. No success and received two. Free return is a joke as customer service does not exits and I can't get the required Return Authorization.

I ordered and paid for two chairs,only received one.
