Perch Chairs & Stools

After three unsuccessful attempts to get help with my newly purchased chair, I have decided to contact BBB in order to get my money back. The lack of customer service has prompted me to end my business dealings with perchchairs & stools

I purchased this stool to help me roll around my kitchen. The price was over $200.00 ! The casters work great but THE WHEELS DO NOT TURN! I have tried to free them up with lube but to no avail. THE STOOL LOOKS GREAT BUT IT's no good cause the wheels don't turn! I can't stand or walk well so I need a good stool to cook for my wife who is bed ridden with chronic pain! Please send me wheels that work. Thanks, M R DeBlasio.

High bench chair was supposed to go up to 33 inches but it the chair I received only goes up to 27 inches, I will have to return it as it is too short.

I purchased this chair to use by my stove because of arthritis. I was expecting the chair to elevate while I sat on it. This it does not. It is also hard to sit on as it rolls very easily and has no brakes.
