No one ver answers the phone! My order was filled incorrectly and arrived with a very short center cylinder. I had ordered one that reached 28”but received one about 20”. I left several messages. Finally a woman called me back and said she would overnight the correct length cylinder to me. Three days later it still wasn’t here, so I began to leave several more messages every day. NO one ever called me back! Over a week later, the correct cylinder arrived (by overnight mail), but your customer care and service was so awful, I will not order from you again. It’s a shame because your stool is well made. Does anyone ever check your voicemail?? How about just simply answering the phone once in a while??

Customer service was slow to respond to my request, but was able to quickly help me when they finally did. These chairs have been nothing but a pain.... the arms fall down the cylinder all the time and no one has been able to find a solution for me.

We liked the chair except it isn't tall enough to be helpful in assisting the Dr so really isn't of any use to our office BUMMER

Took 9 days to receive order.

You sent me what appears to be 4 long legs and 4 short legs for my hip stool. I need 4 connectors that go from the stool to the legs, and I need this immediately. I have also let Amazon know about this problem.
