The chair is comfortable and appears to be well constructed with the exception of the foot ring which is plastic and is sure to break with any significant pressure.

Disappointed in the quality and customer service for these exam stools. The chair does not go up high enough and the hard plastic that surrounds the back of the chair was cracked. Will not purchase again.

Casters are garbage quality plastic. I cannot believe you make folks pay extra for these cheap hard floor casters. Two out of five of them don't even roll. Your pricing asserts your are selling one of the most premium medical stools on the market, while your hardfloor caster upsell is pure slight of hand. Not cool.

I called the company over 20 times and no one ever answers the phone and no one responded to my e-mail. My order shipped to my billing address instead of the the shipping address. One of my boxes arrived with one of the wheels coming out the side of the box. Very Dissatisfied Customer
