Love the chair but hate the fact that their wheels don’t have a standard size stem and it’s a real pain to find replacements other than the ones they sell.

It is a nice stool, almost exactly what I was hoping for. Problem is I ordered the fabric seat and received vinyl instead. I did communicate the mistake by replying to a follow up customer service email but never heard back. I personally don't really care, vinyl is fine, but if you are set on fabric you may be rolling the dice. I mean, you may be rolling the dice either way, who knows. They did get the color right, so that's a positive. Product quality = 5 out of 5 Attention to detail = 3 out of 5 customer service = 1 out of 5 Which averages out to 3. No hard feelings, just an honest review. Yay.

poor quality control

Wheels for hard floor were not as smooth as the ones I had.

Great service. Disappointed that this purchase was a replacement for a prior stool purchased 2-3 years ago that lost pneumatic seal. Expected longer life. Will see how this one does.
