It was a very convenient process from the online ordering to the delivery to a local Pella representative for my pickup

Excellent communication and problem solving. The sash on my window broke upon delivery to the warehouse. Pella called me right away (real person, not an automated message or email) they explained what happened provided a few solutions and then executed on the fix. Things happen all the time, Pelly’s response and actions set them apart!!

Shipping and delivery wasn't great, but the window was prefect!!

Everything was decent except for when they tried to double charge me for shipping.

Good deal, done right except staples were a mess. Nothing I couldn’t fix but I shouldn’t have had to fix anything. Need better inspection before shipping
