Window was supposed to be delivered to pella dealer but came to house instead. Window was not packaged well so installed j-channel has crack. Was missing two pieces of seal on outside. I used off old larger window. Maybe if it was sent to dealer these problems could have been corrected or maybe not an issue as FedEx/UPS wouldn’t have handled it horribly.

Service and additional fees were just ok

Not what I would expect for a well known window manufacturer.

When I bought the contractor I was dealing with didn’t explain single hung vs double hung. These two windows are for our kids windows on the second story and I can’t open just the bottom it’s 25 feet and our children are 2 and 3 there are also not child security locks so having these expensive windows are now pointless for us because we will never be able to open them
