I'm satisfied with the quality of the product although it did take 2 attempts to get it right. The overall customer experience was solid and stopped short of being exceptional.

Shipping got delayed but it was worth the wait after looking at the product. Wish you guys streamline the shipping as well.

The build quality of sofa is really good and sturdy. But I feel the fabric quality is questionable. We rubbed with damp cloth to remove a stain and there I can now see a light fade of colour on the same area.
