The buying experience at Pelican

The buying experience at Pelican Essentials was seamless, thanks to their exceptional customer care team. They assisted me at all hours, addressing every query during my purchase. This was my second order with them, and the customer service team was consistently helpful. Kudos to their outstanding support! Coming to the product itself: PROS: 1. The sofa came securely packed in multiple boxes. 2. Parts and fabric are replaceable (excluding the tufted variant, where sofa seat covers do not come off and thus are not washable, but that's expected). 3. Easy self-assembly, although having at least 2 people definitely speeds up the process. 4. You get accurate swatches for the fabric before you decide on it. I wiped and washed it to mimic the end product and it helped figure out cleaning methods and zoning in on the colour. 5. Both the sofa and the chaise lounger are pretty sturdy, it doesn't feel flimsy or make noises while sitting, even for longer hours. 6. The foam's quite comfortable, has a good bit of resistance - so you don't sink in. CONS: 1. No information leaflet or assembly instructions were included in the box; I had to contact customer service for the digital manual. It would be nice if it listed out the number of screws and other accessories in it as well. It did take some additional time for the furniture to reach me. However, it was end of the year and I was notified about the delay due to higher order volumes early on. So no gripes about that!

Again, same points as before,

Again, same points as before, you need a better offer management, tracking and update system. Also couple of screws that were sent were wrong but replacements were provided the next working day. Should work to get things right the first time. Will improve customer delight
