Comfortable

I recently purchased an office chair from Pelican. While experiencing it at store, the chair felt comfortable. But once I started using it, i felt discomfort. The cushion on the seat was a bit hard and the adjustable back support was very hard and was hurting my back. These 2 points could be addressed. I appreciate their return policy. Good customer service.

Though the product is great, customers feel not taken care when it comes to shipping. I had a bad experience with delivery.

I am satisfied with the sofa purchase. The overall built quality and packaging exceeded my expectations, and the sofas themselves are truly eye-catching. However, I encountered a minor issue during assembly – it seems that a PVC bush, along with the corresponding screw, is missing below one leg of the single-seater sofa. I carefully checked the packing boxes, but unfortunately, the part was not included. If it's possible for you to arrange to send the missing PVC bush and screw, I would be extremely thankful. I believe that this small hiccup can be easily rectified, and I look forward to enjoying my new sofa set in its entirety.
