The two people who came to install were very efficient and professional. Appreciate the team calling me prompty after order placement as there was an issue with the colour that I had selected. However, I was still able to get the sofa with the initial colour of my choice.

Well packed product, helpful and responsive webchat, swatches were delivered very promptly. Only small issues were that i would have appreciated an update from Pelican about the delivery ahead of time - as it was, i got a call from the courier last minute to say they would be coming to deliver soon. Also would be good to have an envelope with instructions on putting the sofa together - it was confusing to know what order to open boxes and what to do exactly. But overall, top class, I’m really happy with the service and the product.

Product is great but operational updates can be improved. More accurate delivery timeline, quick responses on maybe a whatsapp business account and correcting website descriptions of the products would go a long way with establishing customer trust. Also, would help if you can provide a written warranty statement to the buyers for future reference. Overall satisfied and wish team pelican more success ahead.
