Try to make sure that either customer has an option to select the type of wooden legs they get or be clear about what they get. 2. Ergonomics on the back of the sofa can be improved. Please research and improve it. Customers will love you even more. 3. I sometimes feel whether 4 legs are enough for such a lengthy sofa. I also feel like the frame is bending in the middle of the sofa. Nonetheless, you might have done the research but you may relook. 4. An assembly booklet will help a lot more. 5. Some more cushioning on the sides of sofa will be more enjoyable.
