More accurate delivery timeline, quick responses on maybe a whatsapp business account and correcting website descriptions of the products would go a long way with establishing customer trust. I have 3 suggestions: 1. Include at least 1 real world picture (under a tube light preferably) to help guesstimate colors better 2. Include a picture of 2 people sitting on it so width can be guesstimated better 3. Assembly was easy but it'll help if the front bottom rod and center metal tray indicate which direction should be facing 'up' If the dye is pet safe, stitching & cloth strong enough to withstand chewing then this is could be the first pet safe sofa in India!
