Great customer experience and prompt in responding and I felt like talking to a real human Vs the usual corporate approach. I really enjoyed that as it felt like they’re a small business we were able to support grow while they actually cared about the customer experience. We purchased multiple pieces (bed frames, dinning table, dinning bench) within the past year and most recently we purchased an additional bed frame. The first purchase (around end of 2020) came with free install which was incredibly helpful while the most recent purchase did not but it only took me about 30 min to instal. The quality of the products is premium and we love it even a year into using it. Thank you for providing great products at a fair price point.
