Never had to deal with customer service but haven’t had any problems with shipping etc

Piece was well wrapped but issue was with uneven doors.

Shipping was a nightmare. I had to post a grumpy review to FB to get a new bench shipped when P&C and the freight shipper pointed fingers at each other over why my order never showed up.

My chair order was placed in August. I still don't have them yet. I have been told to keep waiting.

Can't review an item that I don't have.
