I had questions on some of their products and decided to call their customer service line. Super helpful, friendly, and pointed me in the right direction. She even called me back shortly after I'd placed the online order with an additional suggestion given our conversation. Very impressed.

I reached out about an order I wanted to do a partial return on. They immediately responded with instructions on how to go about that. Then proceeded to call me to confirm I reordered the correct parts once I put that order in. I was impressed with them wanting to make sure I received the product I needed!
