Only 2 broken bulbs !?!

Decent product, great customer service

The transaction and shipping was great and I hope to do additional business. I ordered two low voltage led bulbs. The shipping bag had labels that described a bulb that was for 130 volts. Just to make sure that the bulbs were for low voltage, I applied the proper 12 volts to a bulb. It performed correctly. It seems that you were repurposing the bag that had incorrect printing. Please address this issue and remark the bag with proper information.

Waited a couple of weeks before emailing to get an update on the order. Order shipped a couple of days after that. The bulbs shipped separate from the light strings. I was very pleased with the light strings. They were of a good quality. But the bulbs seem a little fragile as I had a couple break while screwing them into the socket. I did not over tighten them. Also the transparent purple bulbs look a little more pink than purple. So if you want a true purple color don't choose these.

Quality of the lights is great. Shipping cost and lead time to receive product wasn't good at all.
