Amazing customer service helping me repair a long light strand that had been enjoyed for years but recently chewed through by squirrels. Couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

The service is excellent. I never expected to get an actual telephone call to inform me of any issues. I was totally amazed that my order was completely filled even though they told me the purple bulbs were out of stock. I am not sure what they did, but I was surprised to learn that my entire order shipped. The bulbs arrived just in time for me to decorate. Thank you for your excellent service.
