Amazing customer service helping me repair a long light strand that had been enjoyed for years but recently chewed through by squirrels. Couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

The service is excellent. I never expected to get an actual telephone call to inform me of any issues. I was totally amazed that my order was completely filled even though they told me the purple bulbs were out of stock. I am not sure what they did, but I was surprised to learn that my entire order shipped. The bulbs arrived just in time for me to decorate. Thank you for your excellent service.

I messed up because I didn't realize the lights I ordered were commercial grade (even though the fine print explained that), but PartyLights was super easy to return to and the customer service was great. Will definitely order from them again (and make the right choice!).
