This has been one the easiest purchases I have ever made. I wanted to exchange one of my purchases and they were very accommodating. The table arrived and it looks fabulous. Great quality .

The product I ordered came in perfect condition. The delivery came a couple of days later than expected; I was not contacted on the stated contact date. I understand it, however, as we are operating under COVID pandemic and I live in a small town in the West. The last stages of the delivery were fulfilled by two subcontractor companies. I was contacted by the actual delivery person and we set the time for the delivery. The delivery was great! I am fully satisfied with the purchase and also with customer service I received when I called OROA to inquire about the contact date.
