The product I ordered came in perfect condition. The delivery came a couple of days later than expected; I was not contacted on the stated contact date. I understand it, however, as we are operating under COVID pandemic and I live in a small town in the West. The last stages of the delivery were fulfilled by two subcontractor companies. I was contacted by the actual delivery person and we set the time for the delivery. The delivery was great! I am fully satisfied with the purchase and also with customer service I received when I called OROA to inquire about the contact date.

The lamps are beautiful—high quality materials and workmanship--and worth every penny and 3 months’ wait time while they shipped from the Netherlands. The only aspect I’d improve on is the delivery process—I received an email stating they’d be delivered on a Wednesday; I waited all day, checking the website for status, and at the end of the day, noticed I have to schedule delivery. So I scheduled for the next available date—Tuesday—and received a confirmation email. The delivery came that Saturday, with no advanced notice. With COVID-19 we were home so not an issue, but delivery process and communication could be improved.

Shipping / delivery was horrible and a nightmare of no returned calls, excuses and no shows on two scheduled delivery dates. Finally go table which I LOVE. OROA should not use RoadRunner Freight delivery. They are the worst.
