We were a little disappointed to find out that we had to pay for shipping, but we live in Canada. What else can I do?

I order one before but I got Bedbug in-house. So I got rid of that and got new. Went I got rid of Bed Bug. I should have the warranty on the last one could I use that warranty? Virginia Hildebrandt
