The shipping was excellent. The bed was heavy and the big buff delivery man was huffing and puffing bringing it inside. My adult son carried it up to my bedroom. The mattress was heavy because it is a coil hybrid. Be sure you have two fit people to carry it or one strong person.

We found OkiOki through an online search for mid century modern furniture. Purchased the entire King size bedroom set in “Acorn” along with their mattress and base. Everything arrived in about 10 days. The furniture was packed very well and there was no damage during transit. The boxes are large, very heavy and oversized, something to keep in mind if you live on upper floors. We were able to haul all the styrofoam and cardboard it came packed in to the dump afterward. Those living in an urban area may consider hiring help to move boxes to upper floors and/or haul away the refuse (there will be a lot)! The night stands and bureaus were easy to put together. The bed frame was rather challenging but we got through it in a couple of hours by modifying one pre-drilled hole (alignment was off). They provide the Allen wrenches and extra nuts and bolts for assembly. No power tools are required. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and would recommend this company to others. The quality of real wood furniture (no chemicals, no prop 65 warning, no weird smells) at their price is a great value. This set is timeless and the wood is beautiful. Reminds us of the beautiful wood you’d see on a sailboat. The wood is somewhat on the softer side, and would knick easier than expected (as I discovered with my fingernail during assembly). I interacted with the company’s customer service twice and both times they were great to deal with. No hassle, and they honored my request immediately. Our mattress is supportive, comfortable and we are sleeping so much better: much less tossing and turning. Read the mattress descriptions because they narrow it down to the type of sleeper you are, and we found it to be accurate. Overall, a 5 star rating, and yes would recommend. A great savings compared to competitors in the market.

The order was easy to place. Shipping was ideal. The service at Okioki is what customer service is supposed to be. And the mattress is wonderful!
