Unfortunately we encountered several issues with the credenza we ordered.
1. Delivery was extremely delayed - we expected standard delivery of 5-7 working days, but it ended up taking 20 working days. I realise this was likely poor service by the freight company rather than Office Furniture Warehouse directly, however it was still part of a poor buying experience.
2. There was a bit of damage to two of the pieces (refer attached pics). Given that the credenza had been shipped from Tauranga to Auckland, we decided to make do with the product as it was, rather than go through the rigmarole of trying to return it.
3. We partially assembled the credenza and realised that the middle section of the cupboards wasn't centred, meaning that one of the shelves was too tight and couldn't fit in without pushing the side panel out of kilter, and the other shelf is loose and could easily fall off the pegs. Again, given the difficulty of returning the product we have opted to keep it and will attempt to fix the panel alignment ourselves.
Overall, we're pretty disappointed and would be hesitant to order from OFW again.
