Communication from Fliway wasn’t good. Person I communicated with at ow made something happen and they got on to delivery. I understand we are in a pandemic but they didn’t answer any of my questions.

Customer service was great. Thank you To Michaela who was awesome. Product is great. Delivery was abysmal. Took a month. They lost bits. Delivered some but not all. Michaela sorted it all out in the end.

Unfortunately we encountered several issues

Unfortunately we encountered several issues with the credenza we ordered. 1. Delivery was extremely delayed - we expected standard delivery of 5-7 working days, but it ended up taking 20 working days. I realise this was likely poor service by the freight company rather than Office Furniture Warehouse directly, however it was still part of a poor buying experience. 2. There was a bit of damage to two of the pieces (refer attached pics). Given that the credenza had been shipped from Tauranga to Auckland, we decided to make do with the product as it was, rather than go through the rigmarole of trying to return it. 3. We partially assembled the credenza and realised that the middle section of the cupboards wasn't centred, meaning that one of the shelves was too tight and couldn't fit in without pushing the side panel out of kilter, and the other shelf is loose and could easily fall off the pegs. Again, given the difficulty of returning the product we have opted to keep it and will attempt to fix the panel alignment ourselves. Overall, we're pretty disappointed and would be hesitant to order from OFW again.

The order was fine, but

The order was fine, but delivery took more than the 20 days that was advised. I understand that its tough and companies are short staffed at the moment however would have been nice to have received updates rather than having to call all the time
