Delivery took over 3 weeks and the assistance around this was not great.

Dealing with OFW is easy. The desk itself is great. BUT, Flyway delivered it to the completely wrong address (Air NZ Cargo), who missed the fine print on the label. I tracked it down eventually. On my OFW order I put very specific delivery instructions that did not make it onto the parcel itself. No harm done. cheers, Russell Jamieson.

we still haven't' received some of our order and had no communication as to why not :( the rest was fine

The ordering process was nice and easy but when the desk arrived it had no instructions and assembly was not straight forward. A recommendation / option on the site for installation service would have been helpful. The second part of our order came 4 weeks later after another follow up and again arrived with no instructions. The people we dealt with were helpful so most likely a systems issue. We are happy with the product.
