We have had our Villa Odor Free machine since 2018. We run short-term rental properties and use this machine to ozanate the rentals at every clean. This machine does what it is designed to do. Having had this for many years, it did need service. We reached out to the company and Johnathan was able to trouble shoot. We sent it off for repair and it came back looking brand new and working great. They even put in new ozanating plates. The machine’s parts have a 5 year warranty but we have had it 7 years and use often. This machine is worth every penny and a good investment in killing mold, bad odor, smoke and leaves the air smelling swimming pool clean. In summary, as a micro hotelier and Aibnb Ambassador, I highly recommend this machine.
