A few years ago, I rented one of your ozone generators to remove odors from the HVAC ductwork in our home. After seeing how effective and easy it was to use, I decided to purchase your top-of-the-line Estate 4000 and keep it for future projects. Just recently, a friend needed to borrow the generator to remove various smells from an apartment. I took my machine out of its unopened box and found one corner of the cord/filter holder was broken. I notified OdorFree of the situation and requested information on how to obtain a replacement part. Since it had been over two years from receiving the Estate 4000, I assumed I would need to purchase the replacement part. Jonathan Carrasco of the OdorFree team was extremely pleasant to work with and efficiently created the replacement order. He also informed me that OdorFree would send the plastic component at no charge since the box had not been opened. These days, it is a rarity to find a USA company that not only manufacturers a phenomenal product, but who stands behind it as well. I strongly recommend OdorFree and their ozone generators.
