My generator didn't work

I purchased a Westinghouse 12000 watt generator. It didn't produce 12000 watts. I called within days and they told me that they couldn't do anything and that I would need to call Westinghouse. I called the number they provided and I was on hold for over an hour. I couldn't wait so I had to purchase a Winco from another company.
