I received notice from ESTES shipping that two items were shipped to Price Trucking in Kansas City. They were to deliver on Tuesday, 3/8/2022. On Monday, 3/7/2022, a truck shows up at 3:30 PM. The driver’s bill of lading shows the generator and genpad are on the truck. He opened the truck and only the genpad was there. He told he would deliver on 3/8/2022. No one showed up that day. I called and was assured it would be delivered 3/14/2022. 3/14/2022 I called to confirm the delivery would be made today. The operator told me she could find no record of the generator ever being delivered to them. Now, maybe you can tell me what is happening?
