I had absolutely no issues navigating the website. It's actually comparable to a stroll through home depot. However, I addresses my purpose for ny recent order as being an emergency situation. The response I recieved was, to say the least, lacking even a fraction of kuth. Not only was the representative rude to me, but I was not even granted the air time to complete my request. I did take the time to address my personal situation via email. I hope someone to whom this particular instance may concern takes a moment to consider my request. Needed a part for my moms generator, she gave me her card , I ordered waited and finally they wanted pictures of me card which I cannot do , so will find one elsewhere

I have a Generic 14 KW stand-by generator that I've owned for almost 10 years. I've always installed Generac "070185E" oil filters. /// Your product availability listed - "070185ES". The only difference I could ascertain was "30% longer run time & 30% larger capacity". I called for customer support advice & went to voice mail twice. That was acceptable. On my second call I left a detailed message describing my concerns. I never received a call back with an answer. My order # is 217510.
