I was so pleased to find this closet organizer. My order was shipped promptly and unfortunately one box got waylaid by the shipper. I notified NKC and the box was replaced with the missing shelves in 3 days!!! Awesome customer service!! This was easy to put together and I love the smell. I've showed it to a couple of people and they are so impressed they said they are going that route when they remode.
