The Customer Service department was super helpful and responsive with resolving UPS glitches. They figured out the issues and contacted me promptly. The packages arrived within a week as promised. Great closet system👍

I was so pleased to find this closet organizer. My order was shipped promptly and unfortunately one box got waylaid by the shipper. I notified NKC and the box was replaced with the missing shelves in 3 days!!! Awesome customer service!! This was easy to put together and I love the smell. I've showed it to a couple of people and they are so impressed they said they are going that route when they remode.

We are very happy with our 4 closet organizers! They're beautiful, and the aroma of cedar is perfect, especially in our Florida house. And it's been fun showing them to our friends. Lots of "Wows!". We appreciate these, right from Kentucky!

We really couldn't be happier with our purchase! And it was so fun getting to customize our closets all on our own with your great products and ideas! Everything went so well except for installing a couple of the J Hooks. We had to reorder a few of them because they split when installing. So word of caution, go slow and easy with those and you should have no problems! We say often that we feel like we have big girl and big boy closets now! ha! Couldn't be happier to be so beautifully organized and functional now. And all with a pleasant scent! We've done three of our closets now and recommend NKC all the time!
