Just don't get updates on order, over 7 days an NO shipping information at all....

I placed orders for other furniture and yet to even receive and email that they have been shipped. So how is that a month free?

Customer service and website are terrible. I send emails and don’t get timely responses. The website is not helpful. Very frustrating experience.

The furniture I bought is poor quality and I still have a year to pay on it. I'm very unhappy.

Could of replaced the broken chair with a better one.
