Never received the correct piece for my furniture and recently charged me for furniture that I don’t have … customer service never writes back and when you call it’s hard to get through

Furniture not what I expected. Communication with company nonexistent, i emailed 4x since Jan 1 with no response. My 3 month lease is up, I do not wish to renew! I want to schedule a pick-up date for a return.

I thought I was buying this furniture item. I didn't know I was renting it. I still don't understand how this works. I don't know who I can get to put this thing together. I'd love to ship it back...Thank you, Georgia Frye
