Not understanding

I ordered a closet type cabinet and they refunded me my money, and canceled my lease I'm not understanding why?

website has glitches.

The website has a few glitches. I asked for a 3 month lease and the site recorded a 24 month lease. It was adjusted quickly to 3 months. I cannot login to my account, I submit the non robot info and it kicks me back to the login page. I have email but no one has responded. I have not been able to activate my account.

Quick way to lose me as a customer

I say it is just okay cause I applied for furniture and everything seemed to have went thru okay and then I receive email from an employee about my order. Well actually in the email it said I needed to let them know when a good time to reach about the gomer recylner. And so I emailed them back not once but mutiple times cause it says in email that if they can not reach me in 2 days my order will be cancelled and so I finally was able to get them on the phone and the employee I talked to first : said that they had sent emails like that to lots of people cause there was orders in peoples name that didn't order the stuff so they wanted to verify that I did and my info and she did that and then she says she needed to get me over to the fraud department and she put me on hold and she she finally got back on the phone and said they were all in meetings and on phone and one would call me back. And they did and I missed the call and called back the next day and talked to a different lady and she put me on hold and then she got back on the phone and told me they were in meetings again and that she did email or left message to let them know and that everything was good didn't have to worry about anything and that my things i order are at their warehouse and waiting to be picked up by FedEx. And that they usually pick it up in 2 days after you orderand it should be to me in 7 to 10 business days. So i asked her to make sure that everything was ok and my order wasn't going to be cancelled and she said no. I asked her so they should be picking it up any day now considering i ordered on October 12th,2021 and she said yes. I be said okay just wanted to make sure cause i just moved in and really needing furniture. And she said it wasn't cancelled and i told her thank you. So i was relieved that it was done and taking care of. And then i received an email from the other woman asking me when a good time for her to call and discuss my order. So i am sitting here stressing again cause i thought everything was good from what the other lady said. I hope everything gets situated soon so I can get my furniture. If it don't get figured out n soon i will have to take my business else where cause I'm needing some furniture if it wasn't for that I wouldn't mind all this but it's getting really fustrating and don't like being lied to. I feel like now that lady that says everything was ok was lying to me to rush me off phone without checking into it or Anything and that is wrong and a good way lose a customer real fast.
