You need to work with FedEx on the way they handle and ship your product. They leave many doorways open for claims on you and poorly represent your product. I am in warehousing and shipping and it's a struggle, but we do test shipments to see best way to package for protection of our product.

The furniture I chose is attractive and of good quality. I love the nightstands and dining room chairs. My complaints are 1.) some furniture was difficult to assemble. 2.) The billing is also confusing. 3.) I'd like to see a bit more variety of furniture.

Ordering was simple and shipping was very good.

I love my recliner, so comfortable and was easy to assemble. Delivery could have been better, they just dropped it in front of my door, no knock or doorbell ring.I never knew it was here until my rent manager called to tell me that it was blocking the hallway.

I think it's a great business. The people that took my call were kind and helpful. My only complaint is that I wish you had more variety of furniture.
