Good Furniture. Terrible Customer Service
I think your service is good but the website and customer service are horrible. For example, i was at end of lease and tried to get info on purchase options and i emailed support and they sent me a generic faq answer with no details. I asked for details on my lease and got nothing. Then I went to my account on the website and i saw there was an option to buy the furniture i rented. I clicked the buy and all of a sudden the screen said transaction complete, item purchased. NO info about price at all, no screen for me to make a decision. Boom just purchased. Then to make it worse the screen showed a price and when i got my credit card the price was much higher than what i was shown on the screen. REALLY REALLY BAD customer service. I am so upset that I wouldn't rent from you guys again and certainly wouldn't refer anyone. You should have a much more functional website and it should be much clearer at end of lease what options are and how much it costs (before a transaction is executed)
