I purchased my grill on sale from The Home Depot in June 2017, so it will be 4 years old in 2 months. I live in the northeast and it has served me well, and is aging nicely too: at this point it needs a new thermometer on the hood which broke last year, the holes in the burners have gotten larger (making it difficult to control the temperature) and the cooking grates are showing signs of age: some weld joints have given up and the stainless is starting to peel - BUT... I only covered the grill the 1st winter, and the following 2 left my BBQ canopy canvas up (ready to remove it if it snowed heavy, which it did not) and last winter removed the canopy but still didn't cover the grill, so all things considered it is holding up quite well - both in finish, showing only slight signs of rust, and the cabinet integrity stands fast! I will buy another in a HEARTBEAT - but I don't need to just yet, all it needs is a little TLC... It's nice to see a decent product for a decent price these days - and I recommend Nexgrill WHOLEHEARTEDLY!!!

Excellent grill ,I love my grill and the customer service agents are very knowledgeable and professional . I called them and they answer all of my questions and issues,it was a pleasure working with them.

Very functional 4 burner, totally Stainless steel. My wife also loves it and she took over grilling. Cost less compared to competitive products. Very happy with it.
