I have need help after times with my grill each time I have reached out to the tech support. They have been amazing. They have had the patience with me to go over everything.

Will buy this brand grill again.

The burners start easily, and there is a good amount of heat produced when all 5 burners are on.

Everything worked great.

We are very pleased with the purchase of our grill. We had one little issue that Nexgrill took care of over the phone and they even did our registration at the same time.
