The thermometer went in less than 6 months, and the grill plates won’t last a year. I’ve tried contacting someone to discuss the warranty but no luck. I would not purchase this brand again. Please do not waste your money.

Very disappointed with the product and especially disgusted with the outcome service from Alison Giron.

The barbecue grill I aged too fast. Specifically rusting The customer service was poor and ineffective.

You are a terrible ,worse company ,i bought a grill that doesn'work and after calling and writing emails a thousand times i got nothing back as the product was under waranty .I will never again buy a nexgrill and i will never recommend to my friends .
