Can't order parts.
I ordered some parts back on February 1. It is now April and I still have not received them. I keep hearing excuses that the warehouse messed up and then the credit card authorization expired after 21 days. This has happened 3 times already and I still have not received them. The last rep I have been dealing with has been great and responds but there isn't much it seems that he can do. I keep getting promises of expedited priority processing but still don't have anything and haven't been able to use my grill for over 2 months. I really liked my grill but getting poor customer support doesn't help.
