They shipped the product to the “bill to” address and not the “ship to” address. I have reached out to customer service three times and they haven’t returned my messages.

The grill was used twice,

The grill was used twice, after attempting to have problems solved while there was warranty,it ended in the rubbish. Wasted my money on lousy grill.

I have contacted your tech

I have contacted your tech team three times within the last two & half mounts for a replacement on a malfunctioning part on my grill. I was promissed a new part everytime I called but never received anyvlthing. what do I need to do??? call me at 2038876973

Very unhappy Griller

This is our second Nexgrill unit. The 1st purchased @ Home Depot broke apart in less than a year. Home Depot replaced it w/ the same model. This unit also broke apart rather quickly. The grill is covered nightly after usage in a screened patio. The four triangle heating rods have broken apart, and you do not offer parts so we made four into two and they are centered. The base of the unit have large holes and we use aluminum foil to cover these. We asked Home Depot to replace this unit,but they declined. Overall I think Nexgrill owed us a replacement. I tried to order through

I tried to order through the website...unsuccessful!! Tried numerous times to reach you by phone.....UNSUCCESSFUL. Left a message when I finally got someone and only got an e-mail back stating phone number was incorrect. Another attempt to call....VERY FRUSTRATING.
