Never again

Worst product ever. Starter broke after having the grill for a few weeks. The inside gets so terribly stained. I will most likely never buy this brand again.

Total failure on all fronts. Nexgrill a total disappointment

I purchased my Nexgrill 720-0896C about 3 years ago. After about 2 years, the grate began breaking down leaving metal chips in food. Also the flame deflectors had corroded to the point where they were falling apart. I visited NexGrill.ca to order replacement parts. I couldn't order online, and was directed to call in. I called in, ordered the products and gave my CC number. Products never came. I called back, ordered again. Gave CC number again. Still no products. Eventually I gave up and bought replacement parts from another manufacturer. Nexgrill totally failed on product quality, service and order.

Worst customer service ever.  I ordered

Worst customer service ever.  I ordered grill parts January 5.  Two arrived, two never did and no one had any idea when they would.  After 2 months I cancelled the other two parts, decided it was easier to buy another grill and asked Charles to please arrange for me to return the parts I received at no cost to me as they were useless without the other 2 parts.  He said he would take care of it but it would take about 3 weeks to receive the return labels.  Approximately 6 weeks later nothing had been done.  Spoke to Charles again, he promised to get the labels right out.   Never did.  I called again and I was told Connie would call me to resolve it.  She never did.  I called again, Andy assured me he would make me a priority and get the labels to me in an hour.  He did not.  I call again, spoke to Mona.  She spoke to a manager who would not get on the phone to speak to me but assured me Connie will call within 48 hours.  I will be shocked if she does.  I will be calling my bank now to dispute the charges and will never spend another penny with this horrible poorly run company.  I myself work in customer service and would be fired if I ever allowed a situation like this.

Very poor quality product. Considerable

Very poor quality product. Considerable corrosion to flame tubes, grease catcher and "box" of the grill. Would not recommend Nexgrill to anyone. Staff was very pleasant and tried to be helpful. Requirement to submit claim is uncommonly burdensome and discouraged me from following through-maybe that's your intent. A. Rosen
