this grill does not cook any any shape like my Brinkman for the money i paid for this grill not at all happy.

It doesn’t fit and customer service is very lacking. I emailed and talked to someone on chat and my issue has not been fixed

Poorly Constructed Material.

Ordered 2 grill covers in Dec21. Sent email stating that I had only received 1 in Jan22. Received an automatic reply from customers service in Jan22. Sent another email today 2Mar22 and received another automated reply. Very POOR customer service.
