Was okay wasn't great I have to fix grill after I lost the receipt, now working okay first two months after I bought it

Since new it occasionally will not heat up over 200 degrees with all 5 burners on high. Faulty regulator?

The customer service rep was great and very informative as well as helpful. However the end result is that I never did get the pair of tongs that I paid for yet did not receive.

I received a call back a week or so after I left a voicemail. It was on the weekend, and the call back number was closed. So I never had the issue resolved.

I’ve had my grill for about 5 years. But got the last two years I’ve had heating issues. I replaced the regular and burners as well. Still hasn’t corrected the problem.
