Navigating to get a custom size was not easy to do. Also I originally ordered a complete set left and right end caps hanger brackets and 36” guard. Received everything but the guard somehow it dropped off when I placed order. Had to go back and order again wait another 4 weeks and pay for shipping again. Also feel your product is way overpriced. Hopefully when it finally arrives I am happy with finished project

The ordering process is difficult from website perspective. I had to switch back and forth between cart and navigate through top menu again and again to add new sizes for baseboard. I think navigation could be improved - my ordering process took well over 2hrs, mostly due to navigation back and forth. Also, I don't think that it charging for shipping is good. My order was over $2400 and it was for only 2 rooms. And still I was charged for shipping.
